We are just like you, busy working women, who run for health, fitness, achievement, fun and we enjoy being part of the running community. 

We both have had our own peri menopausal struggles which impacted on body composition, energy and our running too!

Our way of eating and exercising seemed to stop working! Applying everyday healthy eating and regular running is no longer enough to maximise running performance and to minimise injury.

Women of “our age” require to be more strategic, focussing on balancing hormonal health with targeted nutrition, lifestyle and fine tuning their exercise plans.

When we developed the Healthy Woman Healthy Runner METHOD we had the busy woman in mind, that is why it is a step-by-step approach we take over 90 day…so plenty of time to incorporate the simple changes into your busy daily life. Each step will build on the previous one to keep it manageable for you.

Yes, there are many programmes out there to download and work through on your own, some of which are very good, but we realize that some women need more. They need the contact, interaction and accountability to stay on track. With the Healthy Woman Healthy Runner METHOD we will be there to support you and encourage you throughout. There will be mini “check-ins”, FB Live sessions, small group training sessions to help keep you engaged. You can always contact us directly too via posting in the FB Group or direct message us via email or social media. You will never feel that you are “on your own”.

Yes, we do. We offer a multi payment plan of 3 instalments over 3 months.

This is a 90-day programme over 3 months. The programme involves weekly interaction with us and lots of support. We encourage you to get on the WAIT LIST as we are going to give you a really special offer.

We are not going to reveal the price now, we just ask you to join our WAIT list and all will be revealed soon.

You won’t need to pay it all in one go – there will be a payment plan so you will be able to pay in instalments.

But just as a teaser, we have pitched the price so it will be affordable and will be such a good offer, it will roughly be the equivalent of an expensive coffee each day.

That is a great question because so often people invest in a programme and are then just left to “get on with it” afterwards. But with us….no, we are acutely aware that ongoing support and encouragement are key to lifelong change, so we will stay with you and support you beyond the programme including through: FB Group, LIVE Q&A’s and Free Live training sessions. You may wish to consider investing in a 1-1 consultations or another group programme (if appropriate).
